Next year, the parade season will be very cramped, notes Patrick Manteiga of La Gaceta.

The Gasparilla Children’s Parade will be on January 24. The Gasparilla Parade is on January 31 and the Knight Parade is on February 7.

The Knight Parade is normally separated by two weeks from the Gasparilla Parade but Ybor mercahnts didn’t want the Knight Parade to fall on February 14, Valentine’s Day. February 21 was reserved for the Gasparilla Distance Classic, leaving the only choice to schedule three parades back-to-back.
