On my way to visit the effervescent Marissa, the hostess at Z-Grille, my friend and I stumbled upon the first victim in the coming revolt against the new parking rules in downtown St. Petersburg. The victim was found unconscious on the sidewalk, its assailants unknown, although the usual suspects have already been detained.
