St. Pete-based Landis Communication is now team of two. Brigitta Shouppe has signed on as Senior Account Executive to work side-by-side with Principal Jesse Landis.

“Unlike some traditional firms, I’ve found Landis Communication to be intensely focused on serving clients. Leaving the corporate environment I was really looking for a place where I could use my creativity to help clients achieve their goals instead of chalking up billable hours. Joining Landis Communication was a perfect fit,” Shouppe said.

Prior to signing on with Landis, Shouppe served as the Assistant Director of Public Relations for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. In that capacity Shouppe handled day-to-day media relations, public affairs and government relations.

Shouppe has also worked on various congressional and political campaigns. Shouppe is a University of Tampa graduate. She spent four and a half years working in Washington D.C. with then Chief Deputy Whip Congressman Peter Roskam before moving back to the Tampa Bay Area in 2011.

“Brigitta’s experience in the fast-paced campaign environment, coupled with taking a major governmental entity into 21st century communications, shows she understands what organizations need to move their communications forward to reach results,” said principal Jesse Landis.

Landis founded the communications firm in 2014 after serving more than four years as Principal at B2 Communications, which he co-founded with two other partners.
