Personnel note: DBPR names Tajiana Ancora-Brown director of communications

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) today announced it has named Tajiana Ancora-Brown its director of communications.

Ancora-Brown will be responsible for leading the department’s internal and external communication initiatives.

According to a release, she has “vast experience in marketing and communications where she served in various roles in the private sector within public affairs, corporate communications and marketing.”

“We’re pleased to have Tajiana join our team at DBPR where she will help us to continue to achieve our mission of having an open-door policy and fair enforcement,” said Secretary Ken Lawson. “Her expertise in various areas of communications and public affairs will help us to better keep all of our stakeholders informed.”
