Personnel note: Jennifer Fennell named a VP of CoreMessage; Jamie Mongiovi joins firm

Following four years as the firm’s Managing Director, Jennifer Fennell has been promoted to Vice President of Tallahassee-based CoreMessage. She will assume a strategic leadership role at the firm in addition to managing client accounts. Fennell also earned her Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) credential through the Florida Public Relations Association this summer.

Jamie Mongiovi recently joined CoreMessage as an account executive. Mongiovi, who previously served as a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Education, brings a decade of experience in education policy, legislative affairs, and public relations to the CoreMessage team.

Peter Schorsch is the President of Extensive Enterprises and is the publisher of some of Florida’s most influential new media websites, including SaintPetersBlog.com, FloridaPolitics.com, ContextFlorida.com, and Sunburn, the morning read of what’s hot in Florida politics.
