Photos: Uh-oh, St. Pete’s panhandlers, err, street vendors, are back!

Check out these photos taken yesterday from just on the border of the St. Petersburg city limits.  The panhandlers, err, street vendors, are mounting a comeback.  They’ll tell you they are working at locations away from the main thoroughfares, but these photos prove that is baloney.
