Pinellas County Schools will hold its first winter job fair on Tuesday for prospective employees looking to get a leg up on finding a job in public education.
The public school system for the state’s seventh-largest student population said in a release Monday they are specifically targeting current and recent college interns who studied education and have performed in-class training, though all interested members of the public are welcome.
The district is looking to fill positions in the following areas: elementary education, early childhood education, ESE, secondary (English language arts, reading, math, science), guidance and speech/language pathologists.
The event is set to take place in its administrative building at 301 4th St. in Largo, where the the school district is headquartered.
