Pinellas eTownHall tonight

David DeCamp reminds us: Pinellas County is taking questions here for its Internet-based eTownHall meeting from 6:30 to 8 tonight on its budget. The county plans to cut $60 million this summer to cure a deficit in 2011 and prepare for more cuts in 2012.

Some key points from the county’s news release on the event:

County commissioners will answer blogged questions during the eTownHall meeting, which can be viewed via live streaming video on the Pinellas County website or on the PCC-TV cable channels (Bright House 622, Knology 18 and Verizon 44).

People without computers can go to three libraries to use computers during the meeting:

Palm Harbor Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave.

Largo Library, 120 Central Park Drive

Johnson Branch of the St. Petersburg Library, 1059 18th Ave. S.
