Poll: Dolphins edge out Bucs as state’s most popular NFL team; Jags trail way behind

It’s sad times for the Jaguars when it comes to Florida’s favorite NFL team, according to a new survey from Public Policy Polling.

The Dolphins lead the way at 21% followed by the Bucs at 15%, and the Patriots at 7%. The Jags can only manage a tie for 4th at 6% with the Packers and Cowboys, followed by the Giants at 5%, Falcons at 4%, and Jets at 3%. When PPP polled Florida in 2011 the Jaguars had 14% support.
