Charlie Crist, soon to be independent Senate candidate from Florida, tried to reach White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel through intermediaries, but the Whie House refused to take the call, according to Marc Ambinder, who is also reporting the Democrats are planning a “big talent/money blitz for Kendrick Meek.”
