There’s a gem of a quote by US Rep. Connie Mack in today’s Treasure Coast Palm in which he says, “”I think the earmark process in Washington was abused… You just have to remember the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ to know it was an abused process.”

Well, we do remember Congressman Mack!

We remember how you not only voted for the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ but co-sponsored the legislation (Vote 65, 3/10/05, Vote 453, 7/29/05).

In other words, Representative Mack was for the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ before he was against it.
