Rick Kriseman has raised $51,381 in the first fundraising quarter of 2013. Kriseman was able to accept contributions on February 11th, when he made his candidacy official, leaving only 48 days to bring in over $50,000.

“I’m humbled by the strong financial support of over 200 donors to my campaign,” said Kriseman. “This outpouring of support demonstrates that St. Petersburg residents are ready for leadership and vision in City Hall.”

Kriseman’s aggressive fundraising haul brought in 236 donors from all over Florida, with the bulk being from Pinellas county.

Mayor Foster, who had more time to accept contributions during the first fundraising period of 2013 has not released his contribution totals.
