Rick Scott's approval rating mired at 34% – 17 points lower than Obama's in Florida

Rick Scott continues to be one of the most unpopular Governors in the country with 34% of voters approving of him to 54% who disapprove, according to a new poll from Public Policy Polling.

That’s 17 points lower than President Obama’s approval rating in Florida. So, Scott’s defenders can un-connect the economic argument that as goes Obama, so goes Scott.

There is a little good news in the new poll for Scott. These new numbers are up a little bit from PPP’s last poll when he was at 26/58.
