Rod Smith appoints Florida Democratic leadership team

Florida Democratic Party Chairman Rod Smith appointed today members of his leadership team, who will help Smith lead the party as it prepares for the 2012 election cycle.

Shortly after his election, Chairman Smith announced he had appointed Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, Florida Democratic Party Chairs Association Chair Alison Berke Morano, and Palm Beach County DEC Chairman Mark Alan Siegel as Vice Chairs. Jackson County DEC Chair Judy Mount, who has served as a Vice Chair since 2009, was reappointed to that position as well. This team will be joining First Vice Chair Rhett Bullard, Secretary Rick Boylan, and Treasurer Alma Gonzalez.
