After winning approval from state lawmakers on several of his initiatives,Gov. Rick Scott has gone into campaign-like mode in the last week to tout his achievements and possibly help change some of his lagging poll numbers.

He has done a dizzying array of media interviews with electronic and print media across the state as he conducts his ?n the Road to 700,000 Jobs?tour, as his Facebook page describes it.

And theRepublican Party of Florida is trying to help that effort as well. On Thursday the party relaunched theofficial Rick Scott website that now proclaims ?romises Made, Promises Kept.?An earlier version of the website — which had urged supporters to call GOP lawmakers and get them to pass Scott? budget — was quickly taken down after it was first put up in March.

More on Scott’s campaign to tout his legislative successes can be read at the Florida Current.
