Senate prez race update: Gardiner raises $157K, Latvala $138K during 4Q

In an attempt to gleam any indication of who will win the race to be the next Senate President Designate, it appears Andy Gardiner and Jack Latvala raised about the same amount of money for their personal campaigns during the fourth quarter, which ended on December 31.

Gardiner raised $157,071 to bring his total to $372,735.  He’s spent $41,808 to-date.

Latvala has actually raised more money to date than Gardiner; the Pinellas Senator’s total is $429,672 with $138,875 coming in the fourth quarter. He’s spent 58,196 to-date.

In other words, Gardiner and Latvala are still about even…
