This web site will have all the lawsuits, taped interviews of former employees and consumers, former auto dealers and partners associated with Buchanan, key internal and external documents, e-mails and a lot more. In these documents will be named additional witnesses to various illegal acts decribed by the former employees and partners in taped interviews,

Let the consumers, FBI, Justice, House Ethics, Florida State Investigators, House leadership and voters read all of the truths as said by numerous people and then supported by hard documents.

29 GB will be exposed in 3 parts. Over 80000 documents, the majority of them have never been exposed to the public, reporters or investigators. There will also be a multi page list of consumers that former employees have given hard internal documents that show they have been defrauded in one form or another. These documents can not be disputed as they are Buchanan’s own documents and reports.

I expect Buchanan to sue me for the documents, if so I will request the judge to treat them as evidence of civil and criminal acts and request under law that the judge report them to state and federal law enforcement and to the Florida Bar. I already have proof and statements from 3rd parties from 2008 and 2010 that they witnessed destruction of documents under discovery.

If these people still have the vehicles or are within the statues they should seek attorneys to see if they may have a claim.
