Supreme Court will hear Broward County term limits case

The Florida Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a case from Broward County over whether the county’s voter-imposed 12-year term limits on county commissioners is constitutional. The court hasn ‘t yet set a date for oral arguments in the case, Telli v. Broward County, but ordered the parties to file briefs in January.
