Rays ranked only 19th after a month of baseball season

The Tampa Bay Rays are going to need a few more digits on their foam fingers. Like, um, 18 more. According to Bleacher Report‘s power rankings, the Rays are the 19th-best team in baseball. The Rays, like always, are built around their pitching, which is fourth in the AL with a 3.37 ERA and a 1.074 WHIP and .221 opponent’s batting average.
