Walking in the Bahama Shores neighborhood today, I passed by Larry Williams home. The former council member is pondering a run for mayor, despite his poor finish in 2001. However, before he thinks about a run in 2009, shouldn’t he take down his billboard from eight years ago? On 22nd Avenue North, near 28th Street, the billboard is a private sign not maintained by any of the major outdoor advertising concerns such as ClearChannel. So I could understand if the…
