Senate readies this year’s gambling bill

A Senate spokeswoman on Tuesday said the chamber’s legislative package on gambling should be ready for hearing later this month. Seems the Inquirer has hatched a brilliant solution to the problem of falling ad revenues and subscriptions — allow sports gambling on your online newspaper site, according to Editor & Publisher.
