Democratic incumbent Janet Long is the clear winner when it comes to raising money for the race for the District 1 at-large seat on the Pinellas Commission. Long reports she raised $8,700 last month, bringing her total to $74,018. First-time candidate Hughes, a Republican who entered the race just last month, brought in $120.
