Neighborhood activists rally behind Darden Rice’s re-election bid
Darden Rice appears to be in good shape for her re-election bid to the St. Petersburg City Council, but she’s not taking anything for granted. The current chair of the Council announced the endorsement of 15 leaders from 11 major neighborhoods across District 4.
