Players are coming from all over the world to help out the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The team signed its second player in two days Tuesday, agreeing with Colombia’s Carlos Preciado. The team had signed Danish midfielder Martin Vingaard the day before. My seemingly alter-ego at The Reid Report has a summary of the the new stats from the Florida Division of Elections: Democrats are trouncing Republicans at registering voters.
