Attorney says FSU running back Dalvin Cook didn’t hit his accuser

The attorney for suspended FSU running back Dalvin Cook says that his client never hit his accuser, and that in fact he walked away from her on the night in question. And, contrary to the incident with FSU freshman De’Andre Johnson, there is no video to back up the allegations.
