Westine is one of 23 Pinellas County lawyers seeking to replace 6th Circuit Judge Bruce Boyer, who is retiring. Westine is a graduate of the Stetson University College of Law who worked for the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office until 1999. Dwight Dudley is the big spender in Pinellas judicial races

Dwight Dudley, who is running for County Judge Group 9 against incumbent Myriam Irizarry, is the big spender among candidates in the two Pinellas judicial races. Dudley has raised a total of $86,750, according to the latest figures from the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Office.
