A Tallahassee judge has tossed outĀ a lawsuitĀ overĀ the use of “Wite Out” on state Rep. Dan Raulerson‘s re-electionĀ filing paperwork. In an order issued Wednesday,Ā Circuit JudgeĀ Charles W. Dodson droppedĀ the case brought byĀ Jose N. Vazquez Figueroa,Ā the Democrat who unsuccessfully challenged Raulerson last year for theĀ House District 58Ā seat.
