The Tampa-based Florida State Fair Authority re-elected all of its officers at its September 26 Board meeting, it said in a Thursday news release. Doyle E. Carlton III of Wauchula was re-elected as Chair, Robert M. Thomas of Thonotosassa will serve as Vice-Chairman. Cheryl Flood will move from interim to full-time director of the Florida State Fair effective immediately, Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam said Tuesday.
