Slippery stuff, this ice. One second, a team can glide along. The next, it can lose its footing. Just ask the Tampa Bay Lightning, who have followed their record nine-game winning streak with a three game losing streak. The Lightning fell 3-1 Friday night, losing to Philadelphia for the second time in a week. Only Brian Boyle’s late goal kept the team from being shut out for the second straight game.
