					<description><![CDATA[Just another bad day for the St. Petersburg Times, which failed to convince a federal judge that the city of St. Petersburg new ban on street solicitation should be blocked while the mater winds its way through the courts.  Judge Lazzara said there was no question in his mind that the ordinance was content-neutral, narrowly tailored and that a significant government interest was at stake.
