Players are coming from all over the world to help out the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The team signed its second player in two days Tuesday, agreeing with Colombia’s Carlos Preciado. The team had signed Danish midfielder Martin Vingaard the day before. Forward Cory Conacher, who had his greatest success with the Tampa Bay Lightning, is coming home. Conacher, 26, is returning to the Lightning.
