Medical marijuana could be available in Florida next week

Medical marijuana is expected to be available in Florida by the end of next week after the state’s Department of Health granted its first authorization to dispense to one of the six dispensing organizations. The department informed Trulieve and Hackney Nursery — the Northwest Florida dispensing organization — that they have received authorization to process and dispense low-THC cannabis.
