The state’s Division of Elections website shows Raulerson, aĀ Plant City Republican, filed Thursday to run again for his House District 58 seat. A Tallahassee judge has tossed outĀ a lawsuitĀ overĀ the use of “Wite Out” on state Rep. Dan Raulerson‘s re-electionĀ filing paperwork. In an order issued Wednesday,Ā Circuit JudgeĀ Charles W. Dodson droppedĀ the case brought byĀ Jose N. Vazquez Figueroa,Ā the Democrat who unsuccessfully challenged Raulerson last year for theĀ House District 58Ā seat. Dodson ruled he did not have jurisdiction to decide the matter and threw out the suit “with prejudice,” meaning Vazquez can’t refile it.
