Minions and fire dances to highlight this year’s Howl-O-Fest at Boyd Hill

Halloween is all about trick-or-treating for most kids. But this year families can enjoy the fun the weekend before too. Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is hosting its annual Howl-O-Fest October 23 and 24 from 6-10 p.m. each night. The festivities include games, crafts, airbrush tattoos, a “Minions Trail” (you know, those little yellow dudes from Despicable Me,) festive trick or treat cabins, fire dance and “Viking Tale of Terror” live shows. Families can also peruse haunted houses and trick-or-treat stations…
