From March on Politics: Former Hillsborough County Commissioner Brian Blair may have a public name, but that hasn’t translated into campaign donations for the District 47 state House race. In his first quarter of fundraising, James Grant, candidate for State House, District 47 raised $40,140 in monetary contributions and $42,680 in overall contributions. To date, that is more than double what any one of his opponents have raised in any quarter.
