Looks like there is a lot of interest in running for the Pinellas School Board.  Checking out the Supervisor of Elections’ website after reading Pinski Politics, I notice that Democratic activist Jim Jackson has filed to run for the District 7 seat on the Pinellas County School Board (currently held by Mary Brown).  Also, filing for District 7 is Keisha Bell, while dentist Mendee Ligon has filed to run for the seat being vacated by Nina Hayden.
