in The Bay and the 'Burg/Top Headlines by

There hasn’t been any publicly published polls of note in the ever competitive Hillsborough County Commission District 6 contest, so the publicly released fundraising figures are one indication about how the candidate’s are faring. Last month, former Plant City Mayor John Dicks out fundraised his competition on both sides of the aisle, with the Democrat taking in $6,560 in May. Mitch Perry Report for 4.6.16 – Alan Grayson and the hedge funds

in The Bay and the 'Burg by

Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders won big-time in Wisconsin Tuesday night, but you already knew that. Did you know that the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team won their fourth straight NCAA championship Tuesday night, or that the Golden State Warriors stunningly lost in O.T. in Oakland, requiring them to sweep their remaining four games of the season if they’re to break the Chicago Bulls 72-10 best regular season record? In the Florida political world, the biggest story by far…
