Janet Zink reports about another client of Mitch Kates facing difficulties: Tampa City Council member Linda Saul-Sena missed the deadline to file resignation papers to run for the Hillsborough County Commission, records show. Saul-Sena, a Democrat running for the commission’s at-large District 2 seat, turned in her resignation letter June 15 with an effective resignation date of November 15.
