Fundraising totals for February are in for the candidates running for the Hillsborough Clerk of the Court seat currently held by Democrat Pat Frank. The 85-year-old icon in Hillsborough Democratic politics is facing a challenge within her own party for re-election this year from Hillsborough County Commissioner Kevin Beckner, 44.
