Kevin Burns, the other Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, bounces check to Pinellas Democratic Party

A source familiar with the financial operations of the Pinellas Democratic Party informed me that North Miami Mayor and U.S. Senate candidate Kevin Burns bounced a check to the Pinellas Democratic Party. Burns wrote a check for memorabilia he purchased during a silent auction at the Kennedy-King Dinner in June. In the comments below, Burns says he made restitution.
