Angry neighbors force Hillsborough County to test air quality after spraying controversial pesticide

Officials with the Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission say they will test air quality at Babe Zaharias Golf Course in Tampa next week, a day after the Tampa Sports Authority applies the controversial fumigant Curfew. Curfew is a restricted pesticide that the TSA intends to use to control nematodes (ground worms) at Babe Zaharias. Forest Hills neighborhood fears curfew pesticide spraying on Babe Zaharias golf course next week

Tampa residents in the Forest Hills neighborhood are fearful about the potential deleterious effects resulting from the application of a fumigant on a city owned golf course believed to be a human carcinogen.
