Prosecutors recommend 40-year sentence for Scott Rothstein

This much is certain: Scott Rothstein is going to federal prison for a very long time. When the convicted Ponzi schemer is sentenced Wednesday morning, prosecutors will seek a sentence of 40 years and the very least he can expect is 30 years, according to even his own defense attorney’s recommendation.
