Gov. Rick Scott has ordered flags at half-staff in honor of a Marine who died during a training exercise. Lance Cpl. Austin J. Ruiz of Naples died last Friday. Florida’s economy is in its best shape since the Great Recession, and Florida Tax Watch predicts it will be more robust in 2016.
