The widow of a Thonotosassa man who died after falling while trying to trim a palm tree is blaming the landscape company for failing to provide adequate instruction and safety equipment. A year after a 27-year-old construction worker was run over by a bulldozer, the family is suing two parties they believe were responsible for his death.
