O’Neil’s Marina seeks 10-year lease extension with St. Pete
There’s not a whole lot coming up at St. Pete City Council this Thursday. Council members will vote on just two items including a new 10-year lease for O’Neil’s Marina to continue operating on city-owned waterfront land. O’Neil’s has been operating a marina in South St. Pete next to Maximo Park since 1954.
