Northwestern, Tennessee coming to Tampa for Outback Bowl

The Outback Bowl announced on Sunday that the No. 13 Northwestern Wildcats of the Big 10 will square off against the No. 23 Tennessee Volunteers from the Southeastern Conference on New Year’s Day.
