Next Thursday, Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn will sit along with his colleagues on the Hillsborough County Policy Leadership Group on whether or not to support the half-cent transportation tax proposal announced last month by County Administrator Mike Merrill and Parsons Brinckerhoff.
