Thanks to a $10,000-plus fundraising month in November, Pinellas Property Appraiser hopeful Mike Twitty now has a total of $95,765 in his campaign bank. Twitty’s new contribution total — released by the Supervisor of Elections last night — puts him almost $60,000 ahead of his lone competitor, fellow Republican and former House Rep. Jim Frishe, who raised $1,240 in November, bringing his current fundraising total up to exactly $37,145. Of Frishe’s 10 donations last month, the largest was for $500.…
