On Wednesday, the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) had their annual meeting to elect new officers. Joseph Triolo was re-elected chairman while former Chairperson Angela Rouson was elected vice-chairperson for the upcoming year. Angela Rouson files to run for District 5

As I first tweeted yesterday, Angela Rouson, the absolute rock star wife of state representative Darryl Rouson, has filed to run for the District 5 seat on the St. Petersburg City Council. The former chair of the Pinellas Housing Authority, Rouson was one of the few sane voices on the authority. Her ability to keep the peace among divisive elements is a talent she will certainly put to good use on the City Council.
