USF’s Quentin Flowers named American Conference Player of Year

USF quarterback Quinton Flowers is still compiling his personal highlights. Flowers was named the American Conference Player of the Year Wednesday. Flowers finished the season ranked in the top 20 of nine different offensive categories, including eight games with 300 yards or more  of total offense.
